Mayor John Whitmire and Houston Police Chief Troy Finner will announce the arrests of suspects in two separate shooting incidents that happened on Houston roadways.
A woman died after shots were fired at her vehicle while she was stopped at a traffic light in northwest Houston on Saturday, the Houston Police Department said.
