Both opening their doors, or drive-thru windows, during the pandemic. For Roasted Bliss Coffee Shop & Bakery, it wasn t originally in the plan to open a second location. We weren t even necessarily planning on coming to Rochester, this opportunity just kind of came up and we decided to jump on it since the timing seemed right, co-owner, Denise Myers said. Ali and Denise opened up their St. Charles location in December of 2019, only a few months before the pandemic started.  We noticed too, at Christmas time, we d have like $500 orders from people in Rochester and we were like okay, obviously there s a need there. So, we decided instead of us trying to deliver all the time into Rochester, why don t we open up a shop here and it s been very well received, co-owner, Ali Johnson said.
