A caretaker living inside a border care home on winey place way called nine called 911 saying he had been stabbed. I ran out to the bloody scene. Thats when i saw everybody wounded. One person was stabbed in the neck. Another persons face was busted. And just a lot of blood. Reporter while police were on rout, two clients living at the house were also stabbed in the neck. Police say they found the three victims in multiple locations around the home. They had been stabbed with a large kitchen knife. All three were rushed to the hospital and are expected to survive. Care homes do represent a large volume of calls to the police. Reporter its unclear who if anyone regulates these homes. I dont believe its regulated by the state, the city or anyone.
