rd seats are up for grabs on the May 18 ballot.
Four seats are up for reelection this year, and only one candidate is running for reelection, OC School Board Chair Martha Spiers. One set of four candidates is associated with the teachers union or the current board chair, and another set of four challengers have been outspoken in their criticism of school reopening delays.

Clackamas Community College offers free Zoom training December 15 2020
Classes open to those who want to learn more about video conferencing platform that is becoming the new normal.
Clackamas Community College Community Education, in partnership with the North Clackamas Parks & Recreation District, is offering free Zoom training classes that are open to the public.
Intro to Zoom
Zoom is becoming the new norm to communicate with family, friends, doctors and to take classes. Learn more about this video conferencing platform and its many features. Participants will leave this training with more confidence going into their next meetings.
Classes are scheduled for Dec. 28, 1:30 to 2 p.m.; Jan. 5, 6:30 to 7 p.m.; Jan. 6, 1:30 to 2 p.m.; and Jan. 7, 10:30 to 11 a.m.
