yeah. so very similar. my firm along with others are challenging the north carolina maps as a partisan gerrymander. now there, there is no there is no popular initiative that requires fair maps, but prior court decisions have said that partisan gerrymandering is out of bounds. the lower court found that there was partisan gerrymandering but wasn t sure that that s illegal under the north carolina state constitution. so that s now going to go up to that state s supreme court. if that state supreme court also finds that there is a prohibition against excessive partisan gerrymandering, we expect new maps to be ordered there as well. eric levitz wrote a peace for new york magazine and other people have said the gerrymandered picture as we go through the year looks better on balance that many, particularly
