BEVERLY HILLS The Beverly Hills Police Department held a press conference on Wednesday, May 12 addressing the shooting and armed robbery that transpired at Il Pastaio restaurant located in the 400 Block of North Canon Drive at 2:09 p.m.
“Beverly Hills Police arrived at the location within 90 seconds and tended to an adult female victim who was suffering from a gunshot wound,” BHPD said in an official statement. “The female was at the location with two other people when three male suspects demanded property from another patron. One of the suspects shot the female and the three suspects fled the location on foot.”
Three gang members have been arrested on federal charges alleging they committed an armed robbery at a Beverly Hills restaurant's crowded outdoor dining area in which a customer was held at gunpoint, another was struck by gunfire, and a $500,000 watch was taken, authorities said today.

A rose gold Richard Mille RM 11-03 Flyback Chronograph watch, estimated to be worth $500,000 and was stolen from jeweler Shay Belhassen, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Belhassen has offered a $50,000 reward for information that leads to the capture of the suspects and return of the watch.

The second victim sustained multiple injuries, including broken bones, after being trampled by the robbers as they fled while frightened diners ran for their lives as gunshots rang out. Surveillance video captured a handful of patrons scattering, with some taking shelter inside the restaurant.

First and foremost safety is our top priority in Beverly Hills and criminal activity of any kind will not be tolerated, Rivetti said in a statement.
