MINNEAPOLIS Two men were pulled from a burning vehicle after a rollover Sunday afternoon in north Minneapolis.
According to Minneapolis police, the single-vehicle rollover occurred in the area of North Bryant Avenue and 49th Avenue North – near Bohanon Park – just before 2:45 p.m. Sunday.
When officers arrived, two men were trapped inside the vehicle, which was also on fire. The Minneapolis Fire Department extinguished the fire and was able to get both men outside of the vehicle.
Both victims, who were transported to North Memorial Hospital, are in serious and critical condition, but police say both men are expected to survive.
Oklahoma City police said one victim has died in a double shooting Wednesday night.
Officers responded just before 10 p.m. to the 3200 block of Overbrook Drive near Northeast 16th Street and North Bryant Avenue where they said two victims were found.
According to police, the first victim was found dead inside of the home with multiple gunshot wounds. Police found the second victim was shot in the head and was found outside of the home. That victim was taken to a local hospital in an unknown condition.
Details as to what led up to the shooting have not yet been released.
