Three Suspects Arrested Following Standoff At Residence

28-year-old Nicholas Dale Johnson of North Bost Street in Statesville, 48-year-old Kimberly Gayle Matheson of Hugo Lane in Statesville, and 33-year-old Laura Ann Burchette of BJ Drive in Conover were all arrested by Iredell County Sheriff’s Officers. They’re all charged with two felony counts apiece of breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering.
Johnson is additionally charged with misdemeanor resisting a public officer and was served with several outstanding felony warrants. Matheson and Burchette were each additionally charged with felony possession of stolen property. A fourth suspect was arrested in this case and charged with a misdemeanor offense.

23-year-old Caitlin Amber Conner of North Bost Street in Statesville has been arrested in connection to a number of break-ins to various residences, motor vehicles, and outbuildings at locations across Iredell County. 27-year-old Nicholas Dale Johnson of the same address is wanted in connection to the same crimes.
Conner was charged with felony counts of breaking & entering (five counts), conspiracy to commit breaking & entering, breaking & entering a motor vehicle (two counts), aiding & abetting larceny, larceny, larceny after breaking & entering (four counts), identity theft (two counts), and possession of stolen goods. She was also charged with misdemeanor counts of larceny (five counts), injury to personal property, and conspiracy (two counts).
