The search for Michigan’s Best Inland Lake is well underway, with over 140 different Michigan lakes nominated, and voting is open until Friday May 21 at midnight for our 9 regional polls. The votes are rolling in for Michigan’s Best Inland Lake, we’ve gotten several thousand of them from our MLive readers. Some polls already have a clear frontrunner, like Clark Lake in the Jackson poll which has a big lead over the other area lakes, and Gull Lake in Richland which, as of now, has a lock on the Kalamazoo/Southwest Michigan poll.
