PINILI, Ilocos Norte – A 24-meter bailey bridge was built to replace the 18-meter long Purok Riverside bridge in Barangay Badio here that collapsed as a result of non-stop rains from severe tropical storm “Florita” on Aug. 22.
The temporary bridge was erected through the combined efforts of the De
