NORRISTOWN â A Norristown woman is accused of drug trafficking and endangering her daughters by using the children to help sell drugs, according to prosecutors.
Suleyka Santiago, 34, of the 400 block of West Logan Street, was arraigned on July 1 before District Court Judge Andrea Duffy on charges of solicitation of minors to traffic drugs, endangering the welfare of children, possession with intent to deliver controlled substances, possession of controlled substances and criminal use of a communication facility in connection with alleged incidents that occurred in June.
Duffy set Santiagoâs bail at $100,000 cash but county Judge Garrett D. Page reviewed the bail amount on July 2 and reduced it to $10,000 unsecured and Santiago was released on her own recognizance, according to prosecutors.
