Taking it slow and handling with care Emergency Responders haul away eight dynamite sticks to a lab in Delaware County after they were found in a lavish home on the 200 block of laurel lane in haverford. They have to treat it to try and minimize the danger. So they have a procedure that theyre following but apparently it just takes time. Officials say crews arrived around 10 30 this morning after learning the dynamite was found in storage of a home whose owner recently passed away. Cindy it will be a great weekend. Comfortable humidity levels. Not the cape as you are heading outside this morning. It is soupy you can see the patchy clouds, and it is warm. You are stepping out the door to temperatures in the 70s. 73 in boston. 74 in hyannis. Some 60s through worcester county. But this humidity is oppressive. Its the last weekend in august. That is going to be a great one. It looks really nice. My sticky out there this morning , lots of 70s on the map this morning, 70 in boston. On the cape, couple raindrops over the past few hours that have been very light, mostly into the midand advocate but there isnt too much activity on the radar rate now outside this, a couple more showers into western massachusetts before youre left with thunderstorms across eastern new york state and this will continue to shift eastward over the next couple hours. Its coming out ahead of the final boundary and as it does it will bring us the risk of some showers and thunderstorms. Notice how we bring in more clouds, and by late morning into the afternoon there will be at least a chance of a couple 70s and 80s this afternoon with some spots making a run at 90.
