On Monday evening the call came in saying that there was an unresponsive woman in the water in the Norman Beach area.
With assistance from the OPP’s North West Region Crime Unit and Forensic Identification Unit, the deceased woman has been identified as 42-year-old Dana Landry of Winnipeg.
The investigation is ongoing, and anyone with information is asked to contact the Kenora OPP detachment.
