Just more than four months after the mother of 38-year-old Brandon Arndt asked an Olmsted District Court judge for leniency for the 22-year-old charged in connection with her son s murder, the North Mankato, Minn., man asked to be sent to prison.
According to court records, Darien Klindworth-Woods requested on Jan. 15 to execute a stayed 46-month prison sentence. He is being held at the Olmsted County Adult Detention Center without right to bail pending his move to state prison. He will receive credit for 374 days already served.
