Opinion: Stewart s Holiday Match Program nets $750 for Norfolk Raymondville Food Pantry

Friday, April 9, 2021 - 6:42 am To the Editor: The Norfolk Raymondville Food Pantry would like to thank the Stewart’s Holiday Match Program for its generous $750 donation. We would especially like to thank the employees and customers of Stewarts one half of the donation received from this program came from Stewart’s Customers perhaps you were one of them! Using these funds, we are able to purchase food from the Food Bank of Central New York, specifically meats, fresh fruits and vegetables, canned goods, cereals and breads, dairy products and peanut butter, as well as dry goods such as pancake mix, pasta, and rice.

Emergency food available to Norfolk-Raymondville residents

Monday, December 21, 2020 - 8:52 am NORFOLK Anyone in the Norfolk-Raymondville area who was unable to attend the Dec. 19 food distribution at the Norfolk-Raymondville Food Pantry, and are in need of food, can call 315-212-0520 to set up a convenient time to meet at the Food Pantry. Food pantry distribution planned in Norfolk

Tuesday, December 15, 2020 - 5:34 pm NORFOLK The Norfolk-Raymondville Food Pantry will hold its regularly scheduled monthly distribution Saturday, Dec. 19, from 9 to 11 a.m., at the Norfolk United Methodist Church, 9 W Main St. Social Distancing and masks are required, as well as proof of address if you have not participated since July. The pantry provides enough food for 15 meals per family member, according to Food Bank of Central NY Guidelines. Because of COVID Restrictions, volunteers will provide boxes and bags for food, and deliver it to vehicles.
