Kramer tops qualification at FIS Women s Ski Jumping World Cup in Ramsau Thursday, 17 December 2020
Austria’s Marita Kramer topped qualification as the delayed International Ski Federation (FIS) Women s Ski Jumping World Cup season began in Ramsau.
Kramer achieved a distance of 93.5 metres in qualification, which saw the local ski jumper finish on 128.1 points.
Slovenia’s Nika Kriznar finished in second place after jumping 93m.
She ended with a score of 120.8.
The top three was completed by Daniela Iraschko-Stolz, with the Austrian jumping 89m for 116.2 points.
Iraschko-Stolz was 0.2 clear of Norway’s Maren Lundby, the defending World Cup champion.
Lundby will begin tomorrow’s competition as one of the favourites to secure victory.
