Norcross Awarded ASSA Leadership Award for Commitment to Shipbuilding Industry
WASHINGTON, DC – Today, U.S. Congressman Donald Norcross (NJ-01) announced that the American Shipbuilding Suppliers Association (ASSA) has presented him with the 2021 Honorable Thad Cochran Leadership Award for his dedication and commitment to a robust American shipbuilding supplier industrial base. He was presented the award during the ASSA Annual Congressional Virtual Fly-in by ASSA Founder, Carl Fisher along with Congressman John Garamendi (CA-03), the 2020 recipient of the award, and Congressman Rob Wittman (VA-01), the inaugural recipient of the Award in 2017.
