To the immediate north of the site is jessie, which is at this point rather inactive alley to the south is Mission Street, which is an important street frontage. To the east is a twostory building. And to the west importantly is the big parking lot for the federal courthouse, which is likely to be there for a long time. So that that west wall is highly visible to Mission Street and to a whole group of new neighbors to the west. This perspective drawing shows our response to three design challenges. First is dealing with the proportions of a building that is 95 wide and 2 high. Sort of a squat envelope. Sit live, the park restrictions, aggressive solicitation ban which replace the aggressive panhandling ban. Though i appreciate sfpds help in dealing with people with mental issues. Im very sensitive to this. I sent you guys an analysis on the 51 50 process. I was a victim of it. Im listed as a victim as a psycho path. Im not. It impacts my ability to find employment. It impacts the perception that a Police Officer may have if approaching me again and it goes into their system and looks me up. Analysis of citizens Impact Report on the existing laws. [speaker not understood] raising the minimum wage, [speaker not understood], affect our health care costs. The next thing is going to be how our rents are going up and we cannot simply continue to provide services as they are now unless something is done about the cost of living increase. We asked the mayor to fund the cpi this year. We would prefer to take it out of the annual politicized process and have it be something that the city would ultimately institutional eyes through some mechanism so those increases could happen in a rational way through multiyear contracts and automatic escalators. Anybody else wish to comment . Thank you, supervisor. My name i
