Thailand detected 2,224 new Covid-19 cases during the previous 24 hours, the fewest since May 11, 2021 aside from the 2,162 announced Monday, the Public Health Ministry said on Tuesday morning.
The country registered 108 new daily Covid-19 fatalities, a record during the current Omicron-led wave but far below last year's Delta peak of 312, the Public Health Ministry announced on Sunday morning. The 24-hour new caseload remained stable, numbering 25,139.
There were 92 Covid-19 fatalities, the highest so far in the latest wave, and an all-time high of 28,379 cases during the previous 24 hours, the Public Health Ministry reported on Friday.
Thailand logged 25,456 new Covid-19 cases during the previous 24 hours, the most ever save for the 25,615 announced on Feb 26th, the Public Health Ministry announced on Thursday morning. There were 77 more fatalities, a record high in the latest wave.
