whether or not that meets this threshold, that s going to be certainly the subject of a lot of investigation, a lot of review, but does that argument given what we know so far about this case meet the standards of reasonable fear or a credible threat? i think that based on what we know right now, there are real questions about whether this officer should be held accountable for all the reasons we ve heard. first, the reason that their sirens and lights weren t on is it was a nonemergency call. the call went not to 9-1-1. it went not as an as an i m afraid, you should. now, any home situation where a door is open and they may have concern of a home invasion, of course walking the perimeter of the house, of course taking caution. but in this instance under the supreme court precedent, it s what s objectively reasonable. that means it s not just whether this officer felt fear. it s was it reasonable to feel fear? and in this instance, all we
