Thousands of New Yorkers attended the annual Apr. 20 weed-wonderland gathering under sunny skies in Washington Square Park, the past site of raucous “legalize pot" rallies; but with weed now legal in NYC, the formerly wild party had all the thrills of a street fair that ran out of tube socks.
