First responder organization Texas Search & Rescue (TEXSAR) has joined the Everman Police Department in their search for Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez, 6.
Authorities in the Dallas area say the family has flown to Turkey but there's been no sign of six-year-old Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez, who has severe developmental and physical disabilities.
