Rose-Hulman students bring life to 12 Points with new mural

By Syndicated Content May 1, 2021 11:29 PM TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)- Rose-Hulman students are bringing color to the 12 points area by painting a large mural on the side of the Parq building. The project began last Sunday and the students started working today to finish up the final touches. The mural is a part of the community’s current revitalization effort to bring people back to the 12 points area. Amelia Robertson, Rose-Hulman student, said the mural is a representation of bringing life and hope back to the community. “It’s a great feeling to have us all together. Especially given the year that we’ve had, this is really the first time that us as a Noblitt Scholars, have been able to meet up and to have this positive impact in the community is amazing,” Robertson began. “It really is such a positive experience for all of us to be out here today. It’s amazing what a small act of kindness can do.”
