Not be decided by a jury. Last night. The judge granted ashley white a change of venue. After a jury couldnt be seated. Whites son. Noah thomas. Was found dead in a septic tank last march. Wsls 10s Bethany Teague breaks down this means for the case. Pulaski county Circuit Court judge Bradley Finch granted the change of venue motion for ashley white. Something that has only happened in Pulaski County twice in 50 years. Out of 66 potential jurors. 41 were disqualified. Finch explained that 20 jurors had fixed opinions already.
