Mayor Sara Z. Duterte, in Monday's interview via the Davao City Disaster Radio, said of the new cases, 12 are asymptomatic and one is identified as moderate and the other, severe. "Our hospitals here can manage that figure," she said. The mayor expressed hope that the cases will be kept low as authorities continue to monitor the city's Covid-19 cases after the local campaigns and elections-events considered as "super spreaders." "My fearless forecast is that our low Covid-19 cases will continue. If it increases, it will mostly be asymptomatic and mild cases," she said. Duterte, however, pointed at the "lack of urgency" of Dabawenyos as manifested by the low turnout of the city's booster vaccination rollout

Information provided by city tourism officer Engr. Aloysius Mapalo on Tuesday said the 3,000 daily limits for December 3, 4, 10, 11, 17, 18, and 24 have all been reserved and blocked. The city allows and gives quick response travel passes (QTP) to non-resident travelers going to Baguio for unnecessary travel or those that are classified under the category of tourist thru the tourist online registration platform visita.baguio.gov.ph. The weekend before December was also blocked as registrations reached the 3
