Convicted rapist Nkosinathi Phakathi will be admitted for psychiatric evaluation, following a psycho-legal report stating he has several mental disorders.
The case against Ekurhuleni serial rapist Nkosinathi Phakathi has been postponed to allow him to undergo psychiatric evaluation. This follows a psycho-legal report stating that he has several mental disorders. The case has been postponed to 27 November 2023.
Nkosinathi Phakathi, who was convicted on 90 counts of rape, was meant to be sentenced earlier this week but a report submitted to the court by a clinical psychologist prevented this.
