BET will be bringing 9 R&B sensations from the 1990s-2000s to make an all female supergroup in the new series,
The Encore.
The series will include singers Shamari DeVoe, Irish Grinstead, LeMisha Grinstead, Nivea Nash, Felisha King, Fallon King, Pamela Long, Aubrey O’ Day, and Kiely Williams. All singers have signed to be apart of the series and the next musical experiment.

BET is aiming for the most ambitious team-up since
Avengers: Infinity War.
On Wednesday, the network announced its upcoming series
BET Presents The Encore, a one-of-a-kind music experiment that brings nine artists together to form one R&B supergroup. The featured nine include Shamari DeVoe (Blaque), Irish Grinstead (702), Lemisha Grinstead (702), Nivea Nash, Felisha King (Cherish), Pamela Long (Total), Aubrey O Day (Danity Kane) and Kiely Williams (3LW).
The series will follow the nine women as they write new music, learn choreography, record an album and put on a live performance. None of them know who their new bandmates are beforehand, and they only have 30 days to complete the entire project. Each week, a music industry expert will come in to prepare the group for their debut, such as music producer Kosine

Kiely Williams (3LW/The Cheetah Girls) and the only member to not be in a girl group, Nivea Nash.
Yep, that’s nine women coming together for an R&B group, but it’s to be seen if all the ladies make the final album cut.
They will live together for 30 days to record an album at a home studio, learn choreography and practice vocals. And guess what? The songstresses won’t know who their bandmates are until they get to the house. It s like Real World meets Making The Band .
