India News: HAM(S) founder Jitan Ram Manjhi has demanded two ministerial berths in the Nitish Kumar cabinet in exchange for supporting the NDA government in Bihar. This demand has added tension to the six-day-old government. The NDA claims to have the support of 128 legislators in the 243-member Bihar assembly. Manjhi has also called for a review of the liquor law.
