Allahabad High Court has acquitted Nithari killings case prime accused Surendra Koli in 12 cases, in which he was awarded a death penalty by the trial Court
The Allahabad High Court has acquitted the prime accused in the Noida s Nithari serial killings case, Surender Koli and Maninder Singh Pandher, due to lack of evidence. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) had filed closure reports in three of the 19 cases against them in 2007.
The Allahabad High Court has acquitted Surendra Koli in 12 cases and Maninder Singh Pandher in 12 cases connected with the Nithari Killings, for which they were earlier awarded the death penalty by the trial court
