YouGov Creates APAC Sports Advisor Role in Tokyo February 25 2021 YouGov has hired Hideyuki (Andy) Hata for a newly created role, Senior Strategic Advisor, YouGov Sport, tasked with establishing the business s commercial operations in Tokyo. Hata (pictured) joins after more than two years serving as President of global sports media company ONE Championship, prior to which he worked for Nielsen Sports as President North Asia, responsible for business activity in Japan, South Korea and Mainland China. He previously led the Nielsen Sports Japan team for more than five years, having initially worked for sports broadcast measurement business Repucom, which was acquired by Nielsen in 2016. In addition, he is a special advisor to the J League (Japan Professional Football League).
