Our Correspondent Kohima, Nov. 14 (EMN): The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National President JP Nadda on Monday said the Narendra Modi government is focused on the empowerment of women, while citing the election of S Phangnon Konyak, the first woman MP (Rajya Sabha) from Nagaland. Nadda was addressing the inauguration of the Nagaland BJP state office building at Kohima virtually on Monday evening. He said that there are about 3.3 lakh people in Nagaland with primary membership and challenged the people to expand their ideology base and increase membership of the party.
