Emergency crews, with the help of the Bargersville Rope-Rescue Team, were able to complete the high-angle rope rescue of the paratrooper. One hurt in single-vehicle Johnson County accident

Courtesy-Edinburgh Fire & Rescue NINEVEH, Ind. – Emergency crews were called to a Johnson County one-vehicle crash on East County Road 775S and Stone Arch Road, between Nineveh and Edinburgh, on Wednesday afternoon. The Nineveh Township Volunteer Fire Department, Edinburgh Fire and Rescue, and other local law enforcement agencies responded to the accident at around 3 p.m. and found a car that was rolled over on its side. One person was trapped and had to be extricated from the vehicle. First responders had to remove the roof in order to get the individual out of the car. The name and condition of the victim, who was taken to IU Methodist Health in Indianapolis for treatment via IU Health Lifeline, were not released.
