6ix9ine’s reputation as a federal informant already proceeds him and according to 600Breezy, nothing has changed since the polarizing rap personality was released from prison last year.
Rap fans were recently privy to an online back-and-forth between the two rappers, which culminated with Breezy threatening to end 6ix9ine’s life. The Chicago native now claims he has a warrant out for his arrest after 6ix9ine allegedly reported him for making the threat.
“Dude put the police on me,” he wrote in a since-deleted tweet. “I been had a warrant for three weeks. leave buddy alone fr. It’s not a drill he is the feds.” When someone responded, “He gotta be talkin bout 6ix9ine,” Breezy replied, “1000%.”
Supervillain: The Making of Tekashi 6ix9ine, follows a Hulu movie (
69: The Saga of Danny Hernandez) and a Complex podcast (
Infamous: The Tekashi 6ix9ine Story) about the controversial rapper turned snitch. The basic facts are well-known: 6ix9ine, born Daniel Hernandez, rose to fame in New York in 2015 and took off nationally thanks to SoundCloud hits like 2017’s “GUMMO” and 2018’s “Keke,” both of which have since been certified platinum. The appeal of Tekashi is only partially due to his music: The other half of the formula is his look, carefully cultivated and accented by “69” tattoos all over his body and face, in addition to long, rainbow colored dreadlocks that can be spotted from a mile away.
The 6ix9ine and Meek Mill confrontation that recently occurred in Miami may have been more of a calculated stunt than a random run-in, according to a reliable source close to the situation.
XXL there were signs something was afoot before the cameras started rolling. Meek Mill was minding his business and eating dinner, when he noticed two men inside the restaurant looking at him and his table, the source tells
XXL. Those two men ended up being members of Tekashi’s security team. Once the two members of the security team noticed that Meek and his team were leaving the restaurant, they left and told Tekashi, who was near Meek’s car, had his cell phone out, started recording when Meek came out and instigated the run-in by starting to yell and taunt Meek.
6ix9ine is crawling back to social media after a self-imposed hiatus looking noticeably different. Rocking a thick black beard and several large “69” tattoos covering his entire body, the controversial rap figure shared a snippet of new music on Thursday (February 4) that included some questionable lyrics considering he’s currently under federal probation.
“Are you dumb?/You ain’t spin the block, you a damn lock,” he scream-raps. “Suck a dick/You ain’t kill shit, you got ya n-gga shot/You ain’t feelin’ shit ’cause we was killin’ shit.”
He added in the caption alongside several devil face emojis, “ARE YOU READY????? 100,000 comments if you want this right now. I TOOK ENOUGH TIME OFF TO SHOW YOU THIS INTERNET SHIT IS BORING WITHOUT ME. SUCK MY DICK.”
