The team behind Marylebone restaurant OPSO and the Athens based two Michelin-starred restaurant Funky Gourmet are converting their Pitta Bun venue in Soho into a new live-fire restaurant.
Called INO, the restaurant will open on 24 May and will be inspired by the dining culture of classic tavernas across Greece with a menu centred on the traditions of the Greek charcoal psistaria grill.
The 25-cover venue will be set across two levels with a custom-made grill and rotisserie the centerpiece of an open kitchen. Diners will be able to sit at a 13-seat counter bar or in the dining room as well as on an small outdoor seated terrace.
