MCHENRY COUNTY, IL The McHenry County Department of Health is asking anyone who visited a McHenry County supper club over a week time period in May to quarantine.
Health officials say people people who were at Niko s R&R Supper Club, 7509 S. Grant Highway in Marengo, between May 14 through May 22 have recently tested positive for the coronavirus. They also say there also may have been an exposure to the virus during a large event on May 22.

That event was a prom, but McHenry County Department of Health spokeswoman Lindsey Salvatelli told the Northwest Herald she didn t believe it was school-sponsored. She would not say how many people have tested positive since a June 1 complaint was filed with the health department regarding the possible outbreak.
