TIU Canada, a major foreign investor in Ukrainian solar energy, filed a motion today to dismiss the three-judge panel set to hear its appeal in the illegal disconnection of the Nikopol Ekoteknik solar power plant case. The judges have all previously ruled in favor of US government sanctioned oligarch Igor Kolomoyskyi against Ukraine s state-owned Privatbank in another court decision
1. The three judges that ruled in favor of Kolomoyskyi were V.A. Korsack, O.V. Popikova, and O.O. Yevsikov. The motion seeks to replace the potentially biased judges with objective judges.
