MANILA - The National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF ELCAC) said Thursday the "useless deaths" of youths recruited by the Communist Party of the Philippines - New People's Army - National Democratic Front (CPP-NPA-NDF) have to be stopped. "The CPP-NPA-NDF could not care less how the families of these young people feel.
