CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Clarksville’s Human Relations Commission hosted a Diverse Abilities Expo in honor of International Day of Persons with Disabilities on Dec. 5 at the Emmanuel Family Life Center in First Missionary Baptist Church.
The event spotlighted a group of overlooked individuals: the disabled community, including Fort Campbell’s population of soldiers and veterans, wounded warriors, and exceptional family members. Local service providers showcased accessible services with educational activities and trivia, according to a news release.
“We were honored to participate in this Diverse Abilities Expo as proud supporters of the Clarksville community,” said Brian Supko, market leader of Bulow Orthotic and Prosthetic Solutions, one of the event vendors. “We are dedicated to helping those with mobility challenges live life without limitations.”
