Tonight s TV: Nigella s Cook, Eat, Repeat Christmas Special and The Goes Wrong Show: The Nativity

The Goes Wrong Show: The Nativity (BBC1, 7pm) IT’S going to be some time before we get to see Mischief Theatre, the team behind The Goes Wrong Shows, in their natural habitat. They began on stage, and it’s in front of a live audience that their gags work best. Having said that, it’s pretty impressive on TV too. This time they (under the guise of the Cornley Dramatic Society) are taking on the Nativity, having been given a generous grant by a corporate sponsor. As is always the case, their best laid plans soon end in disaster.
