A man charged with the murder of an 81-year-old North Queensland woman and the attempted murder of two others allegedly told police he was going on a killing spree and was going to be famous , a court has heard.
Anthony James O Keefe, 37, is accused of killing Elizabeth Kippin in her Wulguru home almost five years ago.
Ms Kippin s body was found by a neighbour on the morning of July 27, 2016, after her newspaper was left uncollected in her driveway.
