In a bustling session, Nifty closed around 22,200 defending the previous session s low at 22,075 and, prompted a rebound to regain the initial lost ground, said Rajesh Bhosale, Technical Analyst, Angel One. The sentiment remained bullish throughout the day as intraday dips were met with buying interest, Bhosale added.
Nifty on Thursday ended 162 points higher to form a long bull candle with a long lower shadow on the daily charts as the short-term trend of Nifty turned up sharply after a small decline.
Nifty on Tuesday made a fresh peak and ended 75 points higher near the 22,200 mark to form a long bull candle on the daily charts. The index has been making a higher high both on daily and weekly charts.
Nifty today ended 82 points higher at fresh peaks to form an Ascending Triangle pattern on the daily chart. Nifty has surpassed the swing high on the hourly chart, signaling an increase in optimism. The momentum indicator RSI is also suggesting a positive shift in momentum.
