KANE COUNTY - In 2020, the Kane County Sheriff’s Office hired Nicole Krupp, one of the state s first social workers to be embedded in a police department.
Krupp has assisted in serious crimes against minors, seniors, and domestic violence and sex crime victims.
Krupp is on call 24/7 with the
Kane County Sheriff s Office to assist crime victims alongside deputies.

The Kane County Sheriff s Office in St. Charles recently announced the hiring of its first social worker to serve the community under the sheriff s new Special Victims Team.
Social worker Nicole Krupp accepted the position on Nov. 16 and began taking a caseload of victims affected by some of the most impactful types of crimes.
