Kalispell Man Competes on ‘Jeopardy!’ [SPOILERS]

Stuart was competing against returning champion Nicole Kozdron of Ohio, and new contender Gina Damico of New York. Stuart managed to give the correct question to 25 answers on the board, he was incorrect just 4 times last night. He got Final Jeopardy correct and won the game with $21,800, which means he s on again tonight, so we ll definitely be rooting for him!
Prior to last night s show, I saw Stuart on the KPAX 5:30 news sharing that he s an MSU Bobcat and works as a Product Line Manager at Applied Materials. He said he s been trying to get on Jeopardy! for around 3 years and finally got lucky this year. My favorite thing Stuart shared is that he and the women he competing against were all pretty short, and producers had all three of them standing on risers behind their podiums. Stuart Crane of Kalispell is set to compete on Jeopardy! on the episode that airs on Thursday, February 4th. Born and raised in Montana, Crane has lived in Kalispell since 2011 with his wife and two kids. He is a graduate of Montana State University.
He applied to be a contestant in 2017, and finally got the call to compete in November 2020. âYou never know when you take the test if youâre good enough or not, some people will take the test and do well enough but just donât get randomly selected among the many people who pass, so a little bit of luck and a lot of waiting,â Crane said.
