Session ends sans Flood Resiliency Trust Fund allocation | Legislative Session

The West Virginia Legislature s special session ended Tuesday without providing an allocation for the state s Flood Resiliency Trust Fund created last year. Gov. Jim Justice had previously called for the fund left empty by last year s law creating it to be supplied with $50 million by the Legislature but left the matter off his list of legislative items for lawmakers to tackle during the special session that ended Tuesday.
