Up 2. 5 points on the s p. Meanwhile, bullish sentiment at an eightmonth high right now. Equity allocation is still at the lowest level of the year according to the American Association of individual investors survey that was out this weekend. Stock in a waitandsee mode. Totally understandable until these fiscal issues are resolved. But dont just sit on your hands. There is money to be made if you can find the opportunities.
