KUALA LUMPUR: The Sessions Court here discharged and acquitted the nephew of former Sungai Buloh Member of Parliament R. Sivarasa and his former worker of three counts of corruption each in relation to the recruitment of foreign workers six years ago.
KUALA LUMPUR: A nephew of Sungai Buloh MP R. Sivarasa and his former worker were charged in the Sessions Court here with three counts of corruption each in relation to the recruitment of foreign workers about five years ago.
PUTRAJAYA: The proposal to charge two individuals including the nephew of Sungai Buloh lawmaker R. Sivarasa for corruption was made in 2019 but action was "delayed at the Attorney-General’s Chambers (AGC)", claim sources.
