But Nicky Zaccagno, Bethel’s youngest food critic, has a more advanced palate than many of his peers. “When I was a kid, I really liked eating bizarre foods, so we started doing videos on that,” Nicky said, “everything from cow’s heart to blood sausage to liver.”
