And spencer, were seeing bits of sun, then downpours. Its just been a mess out there. Its quite a mix. Karina we are getting some wet weather across much of the bay area. As you can see on live doppler seven. And as you mentioned, its not raining everywhere. There are little breaks of sunshine here and there, but the steadiest rain right now is reaching through the central bay area, south of the golden gate, south of San Francisco, down on the peninsula san mateo, redwood city getting some downpours right now, the rain has just moved ouof half moon bay. At least the heavier rain over the east bay. We still are in this system where the low to the north of us is gng to rotate some showers into the bay area. So level one system, you can see some showers offshore there. They are light. They will ou in santa cruz by aptosrting corralitos highway one. Some wet weather further to the north over into the east bay. 580 in livermore and 680 scattered showers. Mount diablo, some snow there. And this is where we have our winter storm warning for the next couple of hours. So were fortunate. Lets take a look at live doppler seven. You can see that there is a line of showers that means some steady downpours. Now moving right through the Santa Cruz Mountains onto parts of the peninsula, down into the south bay, sunnyvale and um, well, saratoga. Getting some downpours right now. Its hard to see the small print from where im standing, san jose. And thats all moving over to the Mount Hamilton area, where of course it will likely snow because of the cold air accompanying this rainfall in some of our higher peaks. Neighborhoods. Santa clara county fire posted on x within this last hour that smoke is moving into parts of the county. The Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety said those who are sensitive to smoke should remain indoors if possible. We spoke with a man who works right next door at a water recycling facility, he said. Small fires have broken out here, but nothing this large. It didnt look too crazy because usually theres fires over next door, maybe a small ones, and they get put out pretty, pretty quick. But, i guess it was. It wasnt contained as fast. And then. So it kind of broke out a little bit and, and started smoking over in our area next door today we had to stop for maybe an hour or so while it got contained.
