MINNEAPOLIS, MN - The Colliers Mortgage team of Corley Audorff, Josh Williams, Nick Skarich and Kevin McMahon closed a $37.7 million loan for the construction of Oswego Village Senior Living in Oswego, Illinois, approximately 45 miles southwest of Chicago’s central business district. Construction of the property is expected to take 18 months, comprising 143 total units, with 47 independent living townhomes, 66 assisted living units, and 30 memory care units.
