Judging by the intense community resistance to Shell’s seismic survey, one might say they have touched a nerve. It may be more accurate to say they have grabbed onto a high-voltage power cable. This resistance might more reasonably be regarded as uproar and hopefully Shell can see how unpopular their plan is.
